Wheels

Our valet podium features casters are manufactured by SUPO, a premium supplier of small wheels and casters. They feature a synthetic rubber that is long lasting and will not flat-spot. They also utilize a bearing system that is preferred over less expensive bushing styles. Every caster comes with an individual brake to lock the wheels on uneven surfaces.

Base

Our valet podium's base features reinforced caster plates to insure a sturdy footing.

Door

Our door features a wire key grid. Because there is no wood or MDF this makes the unit less likely to tip when full or during the windy season. The key spots are staggered so there isn’t an issue with overlapping tickets. All of the key positions are clearly marked with screen printed white numbers. They key hooks also feature an innovative loop back that doesn’t allow the keys to fall off during transit, yet makes it easy to remove key rings in a hurry. The 3mm wire also fits most new car key fobs. The door stays secure with our specially designed Slam-Lock. These locks feature a metal pin as opposed to plastic parts which can often crack and break under heavy use. The door is attached to the unit through two spring hinges. We use this system because it eliminates common door sag associated with piano hinges.

Drawer

Our drawer slides on ball bearing tracks for easy opening and closing. They also feature the same Slam-Lock used on the door.

Coating

This valet podium is coated with our shiny black coating. We start by zinc coating every part. The zinc coating is then followed by our black powder coat which is semi-scratch resistant. No other parking products go through this special coating which ensures our products will be in service longer and looking better.

Hardware

Our Classic Valet Podium features stainless steel hardware that is weather and corrosion resistant.
