Wheels

Our valet podiums casters are manufactured by SUPO, a premium supplier of small wheels and casters. They feature a synthetic rubber that is long lasting and will not flat-spot. They also utilize a bearing system that is preferred over less expensive bushing styles. Every caster comes with an individual brake to lock the wheels on uneven surfaces.

Base

Our base features reinforced caster plates to insure a sturdy footing. There is a thick locking wire that can be used to secure the podium to a pole or permanent structure. A steel chain or cable is recommended for security.

Door

Our valet podiums door features a wire key grid. Because there is no wood or MDF this makes the unit less likely to tip when full or during the windy season. The key spots are staggered so there isn’t an issue with overlapping tickets. All of the key positions are clearly marked with screen printed white numbers. They key hooks also feature an innovative loop back that doesn’t allow the keys to fall off during transit, yet makes it easy to remove key rings in a hurry. The 3mm wire also fits most new car key fobs. The door stays secure with our specially designed Slam-Lock. These locks feature a metal pin as opposed to plastic parts which can often crack and break under heavy use. This podium also features a special locking bar that can be used when the podium is in storage or overnight. This bar makes it impossible for thieves to open both the door and drawer. Our unique system eliminates the opportunity to pry or bend the unit open. The door bar will keep your valuables safe under the toughest conditions. Keeping hundreds of keys secure that start thousands of dollars worth of cars is a large task. We’ve eliminated much of the risk with these security features that are only available with our Premium Podium. All this attached through two spring hinges. We use this system because it eliminates common door sag associated with piano hinges. They also feature the same Slam-Lock found of on the door. The drawer is also protected by our locking bar. Deposits, electronics, and overnight keys will be secure utilizing this system.

Drawer

Our premium valet podiums comes with cable routing features. There are provisions to add a computerized valet system like the CVPS or the AVPM systems that utilize a point of sale station. Plastic plugs can be inserted into the stainless steel top and in the base that help guide cables to a server or receptacle. This feature is not found on any other podium and coupled with the locking features of the Premium Podium can be considered a very secure solution for your companies automated systems. Many users also find this good for running power to a heater, light, or fan. Note, this feature does not supply power; it only facilitates the use of electronics.

Coating

We coat all of these units with our premium outdoor coating. We start by Zinc coating every part. This coating is then followed by our premium textured black powder coat which is scratch resistant. No other parking products go through this special coating which ensures our products will be in service longer and looking better.

Hardware

Our Premium Podium features stainless steel hardware that is weather and corrosion resistant. Each unit comes with the tools you need to maintain your unit.
