Q. Is shipping included?
A: Shipping is not included in the price of the podium. We leverage our freight carrier relationships to find the lowest cost solution to ship your order.
Q. What is the average cost to ship one of your podiums?
A: It depends where you are located. If you are in California the average is around $80. If you are in the Midwest the average is about $150. The average cost for shipping to the East Coast is around $170. You can lower the cost of shipping if you ship to a commercial location with a loading dock.
Q. How long does it take for you to ship an order?
A: Your order will leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days.
Q. Can you ship same day?
A: If you are in a tight spot give us a call and we will do the best we can to work with your situation.
Q. Once an order is shipped, when can I expect it to arrive?
A: It normally takes 1-2 days for the West Coast, 2-4 days for the Mid West, and 4-7 days for the East Coast.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A: We do accept returns. Upon receiving the returned item in new condition we will refund you the cost of the unit. We do not refund shipping.
Q. Why do you coat your podiums with zinc before you paint them?
A: The zinc coating is one of the steps we take to make your podium more durable. It provides an extra layer of protection for your podium, which makes your podium less susceptible to rust and extends the life of your podium.
Q. What can I expect with your one year warranty?
A: You can expect full product support and dedicated customer service. You can expect to have a partner in the valet industry who is working for you to make sure your company is a success.
Q. Other podiums are completely welded, why is your design modular?
A: Our podiums are designed with an internal tubing structure for strength and serviceability. We do not rely on sheet metal bends to be structural supports. Podiums are generally subjected to vigorous use. It’s important structurally that a podium is designed to withstand tough conditions. Although it’s more expensive to manufacture, the strength, quality, and life-cycle of our podiums is unmatched.
Q. Over the years can I replace the parts in your podiums?
A: Yes. All of our podiums have a modular design. This means that virtually any part of our podium is replaceable. This way, if a wheel, key hook, door, lock, drawer, key, or anything else gets damaged you can replace it instead of the entire podium. We think that makes more sense.
Q. Can I add on more key hooks to my podium in the future?
A: Certainly. Our podiums’ modular design makes it easy to add on extra key hooks when you need them.
